The website for CLAS diversity initiatives includes newsletters, a calendar of events, and diversity resources within the College and on campus. 

College of Computing and Informatics

The Diversity in Information Technology Institute is an organized effort to increase the size and diversity of the Information Technology workforce to meet the growing demand for IT professionals across a wide range of disciplines. The Institute brings together IT and Education researchers, K-12 educators, and industry and community leaders to deploy DITI initiatives.

The STARS Computing Corps is a non-profit dedicated to building and preparing a larger, more diverse national computing workforce for the 21st Century.

College of Education Diversity Initiatives

The College of Education at UNC Charlotte is committed to social justice and respect for all individuals, and it seeks to create a culture of inclusion that actively supports all who live, work, and serve in a diverse nation and world. 

Lee College of Engineering Diversity Programs

The Lee College of Engineering is committed to providing a dynamic and supportive environment that celebrates the diverse population of its students, faculty, staff and administrators.  In an effort to enhance the academic and professional success of all of its students, the College offers a variety of programs and services that have a proven track record of success.  While these programs are available to all students, women and minority students are especially encouraged to participate.
